PARENT INFORMATION

Parents Information

  • Assist your child in successfully meeting all program deadlines and participation requirements
  • Ensure that your daughter/son attends workshops and other activities on time
  • Attend each parent meeting
  • Encourage communication between the participant and the sponsor
  • Arrange transportation for the participant
  • Assist the participant in selecting the appropriate formal attire
  • Attend promenade rehearsals on time. If you are unavailable to attend, an alternate adult escort must be substituted
  • Regularly check for emails from La Cour Royale leadership team.
  • Submit Participation Fees of $350.00 on or before January 12, 2025
    • ~ First payment of $200.00 due: October 13, 2024
    • ~ Final payment of $150.00 due: January 12, 2025
  • Submit a typed list of donor/patron names by or before March 2, 2025
  • Submit all business cards/congratulatory ads to the Journal Coordinator on or before March 2, 2025, via email to Journal Coordinator
  • Submit all patron monies collected to the Finance Coordinator as soon as they are received
  • Make all checks payable to the Metropolitan Seventh-day Adventist Church – La Cour Royale
  • Electronic payment options TBD
  • Meetings are scheduled for the following dates/time:
    1. September 21, 2024 – 6:30 PM (participants’/parents’ interview; kick-off meeting)
    2. January 25, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. (parents/sponsor)
    3. March 15, 2025 – 6:00 p.m. (parents/sponsor and participants meeting)
    4. Other Meetings: Promenade Rehearsals, Spiritual Retreat, Talent Show and Introduction and Dedication Service
